Showcase offers an unrivalled opportunity to preview extracts from, or pitches of, exciting new tour ready and developing work. It also provides a vibrant forum to meet imaginative and talented artists and to network with like-minded arts professionals.

Creative excellence

All the performances have been selected for their creative excellence and ability to appeal to national and international audiences. One of the highlights of the event is the opportunity to see work from some of England's leading disabled arts practitioners.

Programmed around the showcase performances are a series of complementary debates, meetings and discussions on issues important to contemporary performance arts.

The decibel Performing Arts Showcase is a unique event that results in new opportunities, learning and insight.

In the past, Showcase has been responsible for creating dynamic programmes, partnerships, projects and collaborations between artists, promoters, producers, programmers and venue managers.
